Bow Time Tuition
Payment for Bow Time at School is handled on a monthly basis. You can pay by credit card (preferred method) or check (not preferred because tuition payments vary from month to month). If you would like to pay by credit card, call 919-467-5855 to provide the information over the phone. For security reasons, please do not E-mail your credit card information. And, refrain from giving checks or credit card information to the Bow Time instructor.
If your child attends a year round school and is unable to attend during one or more track-out weeks, you will not be charged for missed classes during those weeks. But please give ample notice if this is going to be the case.
If the tuition is unaffordable, please contact Ted Wagner at 919-467-5855 to seek financial assistance. And remember, the cost of instrument rental is not covered under Bow Time tuition.
Cello tuition is less because rental costs are higher. Current monthly tuition rates are as follows:
• Violin/viola students: [$5 + $17.50 per class]: ($75/month average)
• Cello students: [$5 + $11.50 per class]: ($51/month average)
• Violin/viola & Cello 2 student : [$10 + $24.50 per class]: ($108/month average)
• Family >= 2 discount: [$10 + $30.50 per class]: ($132/month average)
• Track-out discounts: available for students attending year-round schools
If you or your child is unhappy with the class during the first 30 days and you decide to discontinue, your first payment will be refunded upon request. Otherwise, payment is due by the 5th of the month for that month’s instruction. The two payment methods are as follows:
• Monthly credit card charging. With this option, you will allow charges against your VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER card on or shortly after the 6th of the month, using an encrypted virtual terminal hosted by Authorize.net. Billing receipts will be available upon request.
• Payment by check. Write a check made out to “Bow Time” and send it to: Ted Wagner, 121 Penwood Drive, Cary, NC, 27511. Please put it in the mail no later than the 1st of the month. It will be deposited on or shortly after the 6th of the month.
